About Us

The Hematology Program at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center offers the most comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of blood cancers and benign hematological needs in the region. Our services are designed to meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Our hematologists partner with specialists from throughout Smilow Cancer Hospital to provide multispecialty team care and personalized treatment plans for patients until consensus is reached on the best management course for each individual patient.
Advances in treatment, some of which came from research at Yale Cancer Center, and access to clinical trials provide patients with new options. Our researchers continue to work on current promising therapies and are able to offer treatment for all types and stages of lymphoma, leukemia, and myeloma.
